I currently teach music theory and composition at Pasadena City College. I also taught music theory classes at The Juilliard School and Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University for the music theory department at both institutions for the past seven years. In these positions, I have been able to apply what I learned over the years about teaching to classrooms and individual lessons. These experiences increased my passion and love for teaching and education, and more importantly, it led to the decision to pursue a life as an educator.
